Aaron Grayson
 
I started playing lacrosse at 8 years old for the Peterborough Lakers Minor system and Jr.A program, winning a total of 5 Ontario Provincials championships.
Graduating from the Jr.A Lakers I have been playing Sr.B for the Champs James Gang for the last 5 years. In 2010 I lead the league in points and the past year lead my team in points. I also am an AP for the Peterborough Lakers. I grew up watching all-stars like John Grant Jr, Tracey Kelusky, and Todd Richard, and to be able to play along their side is an honour!

I grew up as a heavier kid and realized that if I wanted to play in the NLL I would have to change my lifestyle and weight issues so I began running and working out at the end of high school. Eating healthy and staying fit by putting in countless hours at the gym has become a part of my lifestyle. During the summer when I’m not at the rink or working I enjoy playing golf, doing anything outdoors, and getting together with friends.

Before games I have a routine of doing dynamic stretches in the morning, eating throughout the day, and trying to squeeze in a half an hour nap. Oh and listening to pump up music!!!!
We play this sport hurt drained, broken bones not because of the money but because we love it!! It is our family away from home!
